What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service and support to enhance user adoption, including training and marketing campaigns
- Manage stakeholder expectations and gather feedback through customer satisfaction surveys
- Define, validate, and document requirements for testing and acceptance
- Design and implement virtual training programs and sessions for diverse users
- Support business process re-engineering and guide improvements based on user insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in data, administrative support, or project coordination
- US Citizenship and eligibility for Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 6 months
- Experience in end-user management, such as Help Desk or Training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for users
