      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Create and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for user assistance
      - Deliver excellent customer service by promptly resolving technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
      - Experience with web conference and online collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
