What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications
- Track, document, and manage incident tickets in a timely manner
- Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 service desk
- Maintain a designated workspace and remain in the phone queue for scheduled shifts
- Ensure effective communication and support to clinicians and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service desk, helpdesk, or call center role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Shift flexibility, including availability for night, weekend, and holiday work
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Proficient typing and strong English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated service-oriented philosophy in customer interactions
