      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer calls in a call center environment, providing support for clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
      - Track, document, and resolve incident tickets related to workflow issues, application errors, and user access
      - Maintain a designated workspace, ensuring a quiet and private environment with reliable internet connectivity
      - Drive resolution of incidents while remaining in the phone queue for 8 to 10-hour shifts
      - Participate in ongoing training and shift flexibility as per client and business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
      - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. if needed for equipment setup

      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Proven service philosophy in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficient typing and English language skills, both verbally and in writing
      - Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong listening capabilities
