      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist desktop staff with daily end-user support, including the replacement and imaging of computers, laptops, thin clients, and tablets
      - Collaborate in user testing for desktop-related projects and document results and recommendations
      - Installation and troubleshooting of printers, plotters, and copiers
      - Review existing procedures to develop new IT solutions to improve productivity and workflow
      - Attend desktop support staff meetings and represent the desktop team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, McAfee virus scan, LAN Desk, Adobe Acrobat, Cisco VPN software, and imaging software
      - Experience using service desk software for handling service calls
      - Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installing, upgrading, and reconfiguring PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and copiers
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and troubleshooting PC and Microsoft hardware/software
      - Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365) and server operating systems (Windows 2012)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge of Active Directory services
      - Experience with email scheduling in Microsoft Outlook (2013, 2016)
      - Familiarity with various desktop imaging and configuration tools
