      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in managing the helpdesk backlog and queue while responding promptly to all requests
      - Support and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and conduct device configuration
      - Diagnose and resolve system-related issues according to standard operating procedures
      - Conduct inventory asset management and support onboarding/offboarding activities
      - Troubleshoot application functionality and perform network analysis to address infrastructure issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
      - Minimum 5-10 years of technical support experience or help desk/service desk experience
      - Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
      - Knowledge of managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory
      - Ability to lift 35 pounds and push 65 pounds of equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with mobile device management for iOS, Android, and other client devices
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra
      - A+ and Network+ certifications
      - Familiarity with Claris FileMaker
      - Microsoft role-based training and certifications
