What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line user support in computer matters for staff in both on and off-campus positions
- Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with faculty, staff, scientists, and students
- Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware and software
- Address and resolve technical issues with Windows and Mac user desktops or laptops
- Document and communicate support interactions effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional customer service attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English with excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience with support for Windows and Mac user desktops or laptops
- Knowledge of installing and configuring computer hardware and software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a helpdesk support role
- Familiarity with clean energy research or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
