What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals through effective sales strategies and relationship management
- Present approved disease state and product information to healthcare professionals using persuasive selling techniques
- Develop and execute strategic business plans based on sales analytics and customer intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute marketing strategies within the territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology sales preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional communication skills with a consultative selling approach
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
