- Create and execute territory management plans using market data and insights
- Comply with applicable laws and company policies while providing accurate product information to healthcare providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in sales within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare providers
- Strong understanding of oncology and hematology therapeutic products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Must comply with company policies and applicable laws regarding product promotion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in oncology sales or therapeutics, specifically with antibody-drug conjugates
- Established relationships with healthcare providers in the Michigan Territory
