What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead evaluation projects, managing tasks and overseeing team members to meet client expectations
- Collaborate with project leadership to translate client needs into actionable data analyses
- Support the entire data lifecycle, including intake, storage, synthesis, and analysis
- Utilize R programming for data management and visualization of health-related datasets
- Prepare reports and presentations based on analytical findings to communicate insights effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree in public health, health analytics, epidemiology, or a related field
- Proficiency in R programming language; knowledge of Python, SAS, or Stata is a plus
- Experience in data management and analytics best practices, with a preference for DMP certification
- Strong project leadership skills and ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with behavioral health programmatic data and familiarity with datasets from agencies like SAMHSA or HRSA
- Proven ability to manage competing project demands while maintaining attention to detail
