What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials safely
- Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height
- Pick palletized units from racks for outbound shipment and record details via Radio Frequency (RF) system
- Load and unload materials on and off pallets or skids
- Complete daily forklift maintenance and monitor battery charge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand instructions in the official language of the country or as defined by the employer
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures ranging from -20 Fahrenheit to 100 Fahrenheit
- Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends if needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience operating forklifts or similar machinery
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in logistics
