- Manage and update graduation plans for all students each term
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning experience
- Encourage parent involvement in the educational process
- Assist in coordinating academically oriented clubs and extracurricular activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the state of California
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with the proposed age group and supporting technology use

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (desired)
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Experience coordinating academically oriented clubs and extracurricular activities
- Ability to learn new technology tools quickly (e.g., database and web-based tools)
