What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise students on getting back on track and support their success in all courses
- Host weekly meetings with struggling students to ensure task completion
- Assist teachers in supporting student success with portfolio completion and academic behavior interventions
- Actively listen to student concerns and provide solutions to academic issues
- Directly support students as an advocate for their academic goals and achievements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- New Mexico 7-12 Secondary Teaching License
- Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
