      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outreach via calls, texts, or emails to potential clients interested in in-home personal training
      - Utilize guided scripts to schedule and conduct Fitness Consultations, closing on offers
      - Follow up with existing leads and manage them through the pipeline stages
      - Communicate with management for support and assistance
      - Participate in weekly meetings, training sessions, and pipeline reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must dedicate at least 20 hours per week to leads provided
      - Comfortable using technology including Google Suite, OpenPhone, Trello CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, and Zoom
      - Excellent communication skills and a strong people-oriented attitude
      - Basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition (certification not required)
      - Experience in high-ticket closing roles is preferred

      - Ability to work late evenings (3 PM - 10 PM) and on weekends
      - Exceptional presence and interpersonal skills
      - Highly knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition topics
      - Self-motivated and accountable individual
      - Previous experience in a start-up business environment
