      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outreach via calls, texts, or emails to potential clients interested in in-home personal training
      - Utilize guided scripts to schedule Fitness Consultations and close offers
      - Follow up with existing leads and manage them through the sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with management for assistance and guidance
      - Participate in weekly meetings, training sessions, and pipeline reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 20 hours per week dedicated to leads provided by the employer
      - Comfortable using technology including Google Suite, OpenPhone, Trello CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, and Zoom
      - Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
      - Sufficient knowledge in the fitness and nutrition field (certification not required)
      - Proven experience in a high-ticket closing role

      - Ability to work late evenings (3 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
      - Exceptional presence and ability to engage with potential clients
      - High level of knowledge in fitness and nutrition
      - Previous experience in a start-up business environment
      - Strong personal accountability and motivation to help others
