      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct consultative sales calls via Zoom with qualified executive women, confidently closing high-ticket enrollments into programs
      - Uncover clients' core challenges and align their goals with proven solutions through skillful discovery conversations
      - Handle objections with finesse, turning hesitations into commitments
      - Manage a sales pipeline by keeping prospects engaged and nurturing them through follow-ups
      - Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively enrolling high-value clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on high-ticket closing (programs/services over $5,000)
      - Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas in a commission-based role
      - Familiarity with consultative, needs-based selling methods and handling high-value clients (Director to VP+ level)
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
      - Proficiency in overcoming objections with empathy, confidence, and strategic solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Zoom-based sales or remote enrollment processes
      - High emotional intelligence (EQ) to connect with prospects on a personal level
      - Strong ability to create win-win outcomes that effectively close deals

      - Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools
