      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide potential clients through the initial stages of estate planning, probate, and elder law services
      - Connect with prospects during evenings and weekends via phone or email to educate them on services and schedule consultations
      - Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with the team to provide insights on client trends and concerns
      - Follow up with clients post-case closure to maintain relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of B2C experience, preferably in high-pressure sales
      - Must have experience in high-ticket sales closing (selling products valued at $3,000 or more)
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive circumstances
      - Self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision
      - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - Familiarity with the legal industry is advantageous
      - Ability to memorize/deliver scripts naturally; acting experience a plus
      - Strong extemporaneous speaking skills
      - Sales or client service experience preferred, ideally in a professional or legal setting
