      • Contentellect: A content and SEO agency that provides high-quality content creation and link-building services to businesses aiming to enhance their online visibility and search engine rankings.
      • DDSRank: A digital marketing firm specializing in SEO, PPC, and web design services tailored specifically for dental practices, including dentists, orthodontists, and periodontists, to improve their online presence and attract more patients.


      Position Overview: We are seeking experienced High-Ticket Sales Representatives to drive sales for both of these companies. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions to enhance their online presence and business growth.

      Requirements

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
      • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' specific needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions from our range of services.
      • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
      • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales cycle.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to stay informed about service offerings, industry trends, and client success stories to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.


      Performance Expectations:
      • Outbound Activities: Conduct approximately 200 outbound contacts per week, including calls and emails, to generate new business opportunities.
      • Client Engagements: Aim for 10+ meaningful conversations with potential clients weekly to understand their needs and present our services.
      • Sales Targets: Strive to secure an average of 2 new clients per week, aligning with monthly performance tiers.
      • Follow-Up: Diligently manage follow-ups and nurture leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

      Benefits

      Compensation Structure:
      • Initial Commission: Earn 50% of the first month's payment for every new client secured.
      • Performance Bonuses: Benefit from a tiered bonus structure based on monthly sales performance:
        • Base (1-3 new clients/month): Standard commission (No bonus).
        • Tier 1 (4-7 new clients/month): Additional 10% commission (total 60% on first-month payment).
        • Tier 2 (8-11 new clients/month): Additional 20% commission (total 70% on first-month payment).
        • Tier 3 (12-15 new clients/month): Additional 30% commission (total 80% on first-month payment).
        • Tier 4 (16+ new clients/month): Additional 40% commission (total 90% on first-month payment).
      • Recurring Commission: Receive a 5% recurring commission on monthly retainer payments for the lifetime of each client.


      Support and Resources:
      • Leads Provision: Access to a curated list of initial leads, including businesses that have shown interest or fit our ideal client profiles.
      • Marketing Collateral: Utilize professional marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, testimonials, and proposal templates, to support sales efforts.
      • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs covering our services, sales techniques, and industry insights to enhance effectiveness.
      • Sales Tools: Leverage advanced tools, including CRM systems, email templates, and dialing software, to streamline sales processes and track performance.
      • Ongoing Support: Benefit from continuous support and coaching from sales managers to strategize on deals and receive constructive feedback.


      Territory: This position offers the flexibility to operate without geographic restrictions, allowing you to target prospective clients in any region or country. This open-territory approach enables you to capitalize on opportunities wherever they arise.
