Job Title: High Volume Recruiter (Contract)
Location: GA 30308 (Hybrid) 3 days in office
Duration: 6 Months extendable
We are seeking a talented and driven
High Volume Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team during a critical hiring period.
Position Overview: As a High Volume Recruiter on a contract basis, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for high-demand positions across multiple business units. You will work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large volume of requisitions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of roles, including operations, field, and administrative positions
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, ATS, and community outreach to build robust candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Contribute to continuous process improvements in recruiting workflows
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in high volume recruiting, preferably within a corporate or staffing agency environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
