      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage requests for medical record information from various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
      - Oversee document management and timely processing of medical records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
      - Conduct quality reviews of indexed documents for accuracy and completeness, providing training and support to staff
      - Handle the chart amendment process, ensuring timely notifications to patients regarding amendment requests
      - Monitor and manage deficiency in medical records, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management preferred
      - 3-4 years of health information management experience required
      - Registered Health Information Technician/Administrator (RHIT/RHIA) preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Basic computer skills required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge related to health information management activities
      - Experience developing training materials or job aids for staff
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
