      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and process medical record attachment requests from payers
      - Log requests into the ROI Online database and obtain necessary records
      - Scan and upload medical records into the system
      - Create payer cover sheets and ensure timely response to requests
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Previous experience in Release of Information and HIPAA knowledge
      - Proficiency with Meditech and Cerner systems
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AHIMA or AAPC Coding Credential
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
      - Experience with data entry and internet usage
