What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the intake process for all CDAs/NDAs/CTAs
- Review submissions by study teams to the CTMS for completeness
- Document receipt in study status and assign to CTO team members
- Ensure final contract terms are consistent with IRB-approved ICF documents
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing clinical trials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes
- Experience with Velos preferred
- BS degree is preferred but not required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various clinical trial documentation and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and updates
