What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and occasionally make outbound calls as the first point of contact for patients, doctor’s offices, and pharmacies
- Provide excellent customer service and empathy to all patients
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and information management
- Gather and review patient medical and billing accounts and information
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of recent call center experience is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have active internet service and the ability to work from home in a quiet space
- Must possess the ability to multi-task while using dual monitors
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
