      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer, member, and prospect inquiries through digital and voice platforms to troubleshoot and resolve issues
      - Provide knowledgeable and respectful responses to customer inquiries without relying on scripts
      - Deepen and retain member relationships through engaging conversations and follow-ups
      - Sell new memberships and USCCA products that align with customer needs
      - Meet or exceed established targets for sales, retention, and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
      - Prior work experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an omni-channel environment
      - Ability to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
      - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Computer fluency and working knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with self-defense knowledge and firearms is preferred, but not necessary
      - Experience in fielding customer concerns in a multi-channel environment
