What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Fulfill urgent, sensitive orders and manage billing and national inventory activities
- Oversee data entry tasks, including inventory management and donor database updates
- Rotate inventory to ensure adequate supply for customers and assist with inventory alternatives as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by proactively communicating with hospital clients and resolving fulfillment issues
- Perform billing activities and maintain accurate records for internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and independent critical-thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with office automation tools, such as Microsoft Office
- Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare or humanitarian context
