What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound home sales leads via phone, email, and chat
- Qualify leads and set appointments with the on-site sales team
- Track and report on weekly and monthly lead activity and conversion ratios
- Maintain close relationships with on-site sales associates and participate in ongoing training
- Assist in the creation of new prospecting campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain a Real Estate Broker's License in Oregon or Washington
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management databases (HubSpot preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Office Suite and web applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Online Sales or Inside Sales
- Familiarity with Sales Simplicity and Smartsheet
- Strong customer service skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
