What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide crisis intervention services in a home-based environment with flexible scheduling
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of family strengths, needs, and goals
- Teach families behavior management techniques and crisis de-escalation skills
- Collaborate with community resources and advocate for families
- Participate in quality improvement processes and fulfill program-reporting requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human services, or Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Minimum of two years of experience in home-based and/or crisis intervention services
- Valid NYS driver's license
- LMSW or LMHC licensure preferred
- Experience in the Homebuilder model of crisis intervention preferred

- Familiarity with community resources and support systems
- Strong advocacy skills for families in crisis
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external service providers
- Proficiency in data collection and quality improvement initiatives
