What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide one-on-one nursing and personal care to clients in central Vermont
- Ensure hygiene, nutrition, and homemaking standards are met and maintained
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary home care team members to optimize client health and wellbeing
- Follow a care plan with oversight from a Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Manager
- Participate in on-the-job training through the preceptor program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Vermont LNA license and one year of experience, preferably in a home care setting
- Valid Vermont driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance
