What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide care as defined by the RN/PT/OT/ST and a Home Health Aide Care Plan
- Communicate status and condition changes to the RN/PT/OT/ST per agency guidelines
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Perform household services essential to health care at home, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accurately document care provided in patient charts and ensure timely completion of all documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida
- Minimum of six (6) months of work experience in a supervised setting, preferably in home health care or a healthcare facility
- Hands-on BLS Card or CPR certification
- Must have an active Florida Driver's License with proof of auto insurance and a good driving record
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a home health care setting
- Additional certifications related to patient care
- Familiarity with safety and infection control practices
- Previous experience working in an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards
