      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend changes in support of assigned applications/systems
      - Support planning, design, development, build, and configuration of Epic's Dorothy (Home Health) and Ambulatory applications/systems
      - Lead or coordinate conversions, application/system testing, and documentation of system procedures
      - Provide input in training design and development and assist in training execution
      - Serve as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations, information technology, or health information technology experience
      - Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role
      - For Epic roles: Current Epic certification(s) or willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)
      - Commitment to exceptional patient care and values-based, coordinated patient care

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
