- Completion of daily productivity ranging from 8-11 charts per day depending on review level.
- Maintain department quality standards of accuracy in coding and OASIS.
- Communicate with agencies and team members effectively and promptly.
- Demonstrate knowledge in multiple EMRs and/or willingness to learn additional processes.
- Exhibit aptitude for technology
- Remain up to date with changing requirements and reimbursement rules of PDGM and Coding and OASIS guidelines from industry sources .
- Comply with all applicable laws, policies, procedures, regulations, rules, standards, etc.
- Protects and respects confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, QA, Compliance experience in Medicare Home Health: Plan of Care, Start of Care / SOC, Resumption of Care / ROC, Recertification, Discharge, HIS, etc.
- Dual-certification in home care coding ( ex. HCS-D or BCHH-C) and OASIS ( HSC-O, COS-C, or COQS)
- Registered Nurse/RN preferred.
Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer (remote)
SimiTree has an opening for a Home Healthcare Coding & OASIS Reviewer, fully remote position based in the United States. The Coding & OASIS Reviewer will review chart documentation for accuracy, review plan of care, enter information into EMR System, and maintain quality standards for Coding & OASIS. Candidates must have experience with Home Healthcare or Hospice Coding & OASIS chart review with Coding & OASIS certifications.

Coding & OASIS Reviewer
Job Summary:
The primary focus of SimiTree's Coding and OASIS Review Outsourcing team is the provision of superior and quality outsourcing services to our post-acute care clients. The Coding & OASIS Reviewer position plays a critical role in achieving this goal and the continued growth of the firm.
The Coding & OASIS Reviewer will review chart documentation to ensure accurate completion of coding, OASIS, and plans of care. The Reviewer is responsible for completing specific deliverables for each customer and ensuring the goals for each customer are met. Reviewer must meet minimum productivity and accuracy standards.

$60,000- $68,000
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
