      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts to generate referrals and grow the agency's client base
      - Coordinate referrals and maintain timely communication with the intake and office team
      - Proactively follow up on new account leads and provide community insights for program development
      - Build and nurture relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals
      - Attend community, networking, and social events to promote agency services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred
      - Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience, particularly in home health, SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac
      - Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills
      - Reliable transportation for local travel within the assigned territory
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to various working conditions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a workable sales plan
      - Strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws related to healthcare marketing
      - Previous experience in public relations or community outreach programs
      - Proven track record of generating referrals within healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with market intelligence data and sales growth tools
