What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist patients with product selection and training for home medical equipment
- Accurately gather registration and insurance information
- Process information for payment according to payer requirements
- Maintain store inventory and perform inventory cycle counts
- Provide various durable medical equipment and supplies to patients

What is Required (Qualifications):

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service, sales, healthcare, or patient care experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Comfortable utilizing technology and software applications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Prior DME experience
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or private insurance billing
- Ability to multitask and make good decisions regarding customer service
