What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan invoices into the Accounts Payable system for verification, approvals, and coding
- Gather necessary approvals for invoices and follow up with approvers as needed
- Code construction invoices accurately, including account codes and vendor codes
- Track costs related to property damage claims across various locations
- Prepare checks for mailing and ensure proper distribution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in accounts payable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting-related position
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and vendor reconciliations
- Knowledge of self-storage industry practices
