- Prepare and distribute checks for mailing and ensure proper distribution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reconcile vendor statements
- Experience in an administrative or accounts payable role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Familiarity with construction invoicing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
