      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach, mentor, and manage sales coaches to enhance their leadership skills and improve overall team sales performance
      - Develop and implement effective coaching practices and strategies to continually elevate the sales team's performance and results
      - Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report these findings to senior executives
      - Stay updated on sales techniques and industry trends, recommending strategies for improvement to support sales growth
      - Manage sales initiatives, ensuring effective sales practices are executed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
      - Strong ability to analyze sales metrics and lead a sales team effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing team members and external stakeholders
      - Competency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and sales forecasts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - High proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools
