What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Preparation and presentation of month-end and ad-hoc financial reporting
- Coordinate and perform multiple transactional tasks in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and human capital management
- Review costs and budget structures, making necessary corrections for accurate reporting
- Identify and address forecast and budget issues to ensure proper recognition of costs and revenue
- Maintain a highly organized work environment and document processes effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 4 years of financial/data analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, business management, or an equivalent degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and recognize discrepancies

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP software
