- Partner with the Talent Team to strategically staff locations in North America, Canada, and the U.K.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews to identify potential hires
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
- Schedule interviews and meetings for the HR department
- Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers and Home Office staff regarding recruitment needs
