      Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is seeking a Home Office Visit Manager who will be responsible for managing the Home Office Visit stage of Cetera’s advisor practice and recruiting function, working closely with Growth Org Leadership, support staff, and business development team members to create Home Office Visits.

      What you will do:

      • Responsible for the ownership and continuous update and improvement of the HOV Playbook.
      • Manage the HOV pipeline, location reservations, visit dates and scheduling, and each of the consistent steps leading up to each home office visit.
      • Responsible for lining up presenters, creating visit schedules and agendas, and customizing the recruit visit experience as needed & identified through collaboration with the Channel Leader, Community Leader, and/or Business Development team members engaged with the recruit.
      • Responsible for direct correspondence with HOV candidates leading up to, and after, the home office visit.
      • Manage the scheduling, engagement, and preparation of presenters for each HOV.
      • Responsible for continuous improvement of the HOV playbook, process, presentations, etc.
      • Responsible for making time, information, and decision-making more effective & efficient through standardization of process & HOV experience options.
      • Anticipate problems, exercise situational intelligence, and solve issues that require sensitivity or diplomacy.

      Travel Requirements:
