What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, screen, and enroll AFL Host Homes in targeted regions
- Develop and execute promotional plans for host home families
- Maintain organized documentation of contacts and relationships with agencies and communities
- Implement and document interventions in individual service plans (ISP)
- Provide training and assistance in daily living skills and vocational coordination activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in marketing or human services fields
- Two years of experience in marketing/public relations and direct care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Specialized knowledge in marketing, advertising, and direct care for adults with disabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of family systems
- Experience in public speaking and group communication
