What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a variety of data analysis, evaluation, and applied research projects related to homelessness and social services
- Design data-driven improvement strategies for homeless continuums of care, leveraging community data
- Assist in collecting, managing, and analyzing data for research and evaluation projects
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships to foster organic growth and inform new business pursuits
- Provide leadership, coaching, and quality assurance oversight of projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or higher (PhD preferred) in a related field with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, or significant life experience in homelessness or housing
- Experience with impact and performance evaluations; data collection and analysis, including qualitative and quantitative research
- Proficiency with Excel and GIS analysis
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., PowerBI)
- Knowledge of HUD homelessness programs and Homeless Management Information Systems
- Experience with NVIVO, Stata, or other data analysis software
