What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and manage business relationships through effective engagement strategies
- Support surgical services in hospitals and immunoglobulin education in healthcare provider offices
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in both face-to-face and virtual settings
- Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and ensure compliant product promotion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in professional sales, healthcare, customer service, marketing, finance, or HR
- Strong communication skills and proven success in marketing or sales
- Valid US driver’s license with a driving record in compliance with company standards
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of specialty marketing, promotional, or sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas
- Experience in strategic account marketing and relationship building with key opinion leaders
- Proven track record in analyzing account needs and driving performance
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
