Join the Providence Saint John's Health Center team in the OB/Postpartum units as a Hospitality Concierge. This is a Per-Diem position that may work 8-20 hours per week based on a person's availability.

This is a great position to gain direct experience working in healthcare with patients and staff supporting non-clinical tasks that are customer service focused. Scheduling is flexible!

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, Women's Health, the OB concierge ensures patients receive a superior hospital experience in a first-class environment. The Concierge serves all patients in the OB Department and any other Health Center area acting as a direct liaison between patients, families, physicians, staff, while maintaining a professional, dignified, high end atmosphere throughout the health center.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year Healthcare experience working with physicians in a clinic or hospital setting
