What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for key local market customers and the sales team for order processing and problem resolution
- Manage inquiries for key customers, acting as a liaison with internal departments
- Create and manage projects in Salesforce (SFDC), including quotes and sample requests
- Follow up on Proforma Invoices and coordinate shipments to meet project timelines
- Maintain a project management listing for all open projects and support the sales team with communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing service environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and ShawOnlineLive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills, along with a professional attitude

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in a related field
- Proficiency in ShawOnlineLive Order Entry/Modification
- Experience with Glink/Vista and ShawNow
- Understanding of the Hospitality & Custom Process
