What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Efficiently manage daily cleaning responsibilities, including the safe handling of cleaning products
- Clean all common areas of the lodge and maintain cleanliness of staff accommodation
- Provide a professional and detailed hospitality experience to guests, including supporting the culinary program
- Act as a leader within the hospitality department, supporting staff and assisting the Lodge Manager with additional duties
- Support the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Food Safe Certificate
- Experience in hospitality
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills

- First aid certificate
- Willingness to work flexible days and take on additional roles at the lodge
- Passion for customer service excellence and providing a high-end guest experience
- Ability to work as a cohesive team and maintain professional relationships with peers
