      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic, outbound sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels and foster a sales-focused culture with hotel staff
      - Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones within a 6-month sales cycle
      - Activate new accounts and increase market share through strategic prospecting and bi-weekly sales strategy presentations
      - Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts
      - Create exceptional client experiences and maintain high client satisfaction by representing clients with professionalism

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments
      - 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role preferred
      - Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using a CRM system to manage a sales pipeline effectively
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and presentations
      - Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
      - Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
