- Supervise the functioning of all product areas of the location (Front of the House, Back of the House, F&B, Kitchen, CoWork, Experience) optimizing all opportunitiesu00A0
- Connect with the Country and Global Product leads to ensure proper functioning of products in the location.u00A0
- Ensure location is properly stocked with all the necessary supplies and equipment.u00A0
- Manage the locationu2019s P&L and reporting ensuring that all revenue, costs and data is consistent across all channelsu00A0
- Ensure proper accounting recording and compliance with local accounting legalitiesu00A0
- Controls and systems for accounting on site are followed at all times and are in line with Selina guidelinesu00A0
- Ensure compliance with all location-applicable laws and practices and report all issues that arise or may cause a disruption to the businessu00A0
- Act as direct manager for all the location Managersu00A0
- Lead and support the recruitment and selection process for open positions at the location.u00A0
- Create and manage the staffing plan for the location.u00A0
- Ensure that staffing has a low impact to P&L whilst maintaining high levels of service and experience.u00A0
- Be the locationu2019s main POC for training needs assessment and delivery of training.u00A0
- Revise and manage the locationu2019s payroll, benefits and incentive plans. Supervise the implementation of environmental health and safety plan at the locationu00A0
- Meet and exceed the locationu2019s revenue goalsu00A0
- Establish and manage the sales strategy for the locationu00A0
- Generate local partnerships to promote the Selina Brandu00A0
- Create and manage the locationu2019s marketing plan following brand guidelinesu00A0
- Ensure proper use of the brand guidelinesu00A0
- Support and manage an environment to provide a positive experience in all the Selina Communities (guests/visitors, employees & community).u00A0
- Ensure proper implementation of the experience/programming designed for the locationu00A0
- Be present at the location to support team members in providing a great experience.
- 2+ years experience as hotel general manager or operations manager.u00A0
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Sound financial management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments (preferred)
- Sound understanding of processes and operational efficiency
- Strong people management and negotiation skills
- Solid abilities for reporting and analyzing information for
