Job summary
Are you interested in joining our team as a Domestic Cleaning Assistant? If so, we have a vacancy at Ilkeston Community Hospital and we would like to hear from you.
As a Domestic Cleaning Assistant, you will become an active, valued, member of our team.
You should be an enthusiastic team member who is keen to learn and although previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training is provided.
If you would like to make a difference to our patients' experience and demonstrate values and personal qualities that support the DCHS way of working, this could be the job for you.
Our goal is to ensure that each of our patients receive an outstanding service, with genuine care by delivering the best possible outcomes.
Main duties of the job
To provide a high quality domestic cleaning service.
Working either individually or as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained for patients, staff and visitors following agreed work schedules, methods and procedures in accordance with the National Standards of Cleanliness.
The post holder will be required to have a flexible approach and be prepared to work on other sites should service demands dictate.
To play an integral part in delivering outstanding patient care at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS).
