What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow protocols to recruit participants for virtual and in-person interventions
- Schedule and conduct focus groups and qualitative interviews
- Administer psychological, psychophysiological, and behavioral measures
- Assist with data entry, cleaning, and analysis for quantitative and qualitative data
- Help write literature reviews, reports, manuscripts, and grant applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must enjoy interacting with humans and have a curiosity for clinical research
- Experience prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative data entry, management, and/or analysis
- Demonstrated experience fostering an environment of respect and professionalism with diverse populations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research
- A bachelor's degree
- Interest in studying behavioral interventions for chronic pain or addiction at the graduate level
- Experience using SPSS and/or REDCap for data collection and analysis
