Role: Cleans assigned areas and assist Guest Room Attendants with heavy work such as handling furniture, moving loaded linen trash carts, and to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS :
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
• Nevada Driver’s License
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
· Take and distributes fresh linen to assigned floors and linen lockers.
· Empty linen and trash from Guest Room Attendants carts, hallways, linen lockers and landing areas.
· Request and deliver supplies to guest and Guest room attendants, linen closets, and/or supplies room.
· Maintain and clean vacuum for guest room attendants, empty and replace bags, pick up from floor vacuums that needs extensive repair to housekeeping office.
· Removes and delivers rollways, baby cribs, refrigerators, microwaves to and from guest rooms and/or storage rooms.
· Vacuums carpet and spot clean carpet on hallways and guestrooms.
· Washes windows, and cleans doors.
· Turns mattress on a quarterly basis, tracking on the mattress flip sheets.
· Moves furniture to and from or within the guestrooms.
· Assist guest with directions and other requests as needed.
· Assist guest room attendants in cleaning rooms when need it and not limited to carpet, balconies, patios, showerhead, furniture, sinks, Jacuzzis, etc.
· Maintains guest landing, furniture, trashcans, ashtrays, windows, tables, phones, lamps, pictures, ice machines, vendor machines, and all artwork clean and in order.
· Maintains service landing, locker rooms, linen closets clean and well organized.
· Reports all maintenance issues within the assigned working area and hotel.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. A casino environment typically allows smoking. When on the patio or balcony the temperature may be subject to the outside weather conditions.

· Requires basic math.
· Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
· Ability to and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions.
· Exposure to cleaning chemicals
· Exposure to and cleaning of Biohazard, Blood borne pathogens, following the OSHA regulations.
· Requires use of PPE, Personal Protective Equipment.
· Follow the safe lifting and carrying techniques.
